Device Description

The three-component polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine is a three-component A1/A2 polyol and isocyanate raw material stored in three storage tanks, and is delivered to the pipe head through a high-precision axial(radial) plunger metering pump. Switching A1/A2 produces products of different densities and colors.

Machine head:

It adopxs self-cleaning L-shaped mixing head, needle-shaped adjustable nozzle, V-shaped injection port, and high-pressure collision mixing principle to ensure that the components are fully mixed. The mixing head is installed on the boom (can swing 0-180 degrees) to achieve injection. The mixing head operating box is equipped with: high and low pressure switch, injection button, station injection selection switch, emergency stop button, etc.
Metering pump, variable frequency motor:
It adopxs high-precision inclined-axis axial piston variable pump, which has accurate metering and stable operation. Siemens motors have sturdy and durable components, long service life, beautiful and unique appearance, and modular installation.
High and low pressure switching valve:
When not injecting materials, the high and low pressure two-way valve keeps materials A and B in a low-pressure circulation state; when injecting materials, the action of the high and low pressure switching valves switches rapidly, causing the A and B material liquids to change from low-pressure circulation to high-pressure circulation. Automatic switching of high and low pressure can reduce equipment wear and energy consumpxion, increase the service life of foaming equipment, and reduce costs.
Hydraulic station:
A hydraulic source device composed of a hydraulic pump, a driving motor, a fuel tank, a directional valve, a throttle valve, a relief valve, etc., or a hydraulic device including a control valve. By supplying oil according to the flow direction, pressure and flow required by the driving device, the hydraulic system can achieve various specified actions.
