It is a multi-purpose mold transfer line, suitable for the mass production of small quantities and large quantities, such as the foaming of various polyurethane products such as automobiles, motorcycle seats and automobile interior parts.

Device Description

The disc production line is used for foaming production of various products. It runs at a constant speed and the production speed is adjustable. The parking brake device and overload protection device are provided. A power supply and a gas supply system are disposed on the disc. It is combined with mold base, polyurethane high/low pressure foaming machine and mold temperature machine to form a complete foaming production line. It is a multi-purpose mold transfer line, suitable for the mass production of small quantities and large quantities, such as the foaming of various polyurethane products such as automobiles, motorcycle seats and automobile interior parts.

Product Features

● Turnable disamter can be 3meters to 15 meters;

● The turntable is driven by a reducer, and the speed is regulated by a frequency converter;

● The table can be installed with mould , or it can be with dydraulic or pheumatic mould holder to be automatic;

● It can combine with robot to achieve continous or constant injection;

● Combined with robotic movement, continuous and intermittent operation;

● The turntable is widely used because of its simple structure, high production efficiency, labor saving and convenient maintenance.
