The hydraulic mould holder of the steering wheel is composed of Three parts: welded steel structure,the hydraulic driven part and PLC automatic control part.Each formwork is an independent control system, controlled by a separate PLC, and four casters are mounted on the bottom of the formwork for easy movement. The mold base has a rocking function, that is, after the mold is injected by foaming material, the equipment will automatically swing, thereby improving the fluidity of the foaming material in the mold, and simultaneously allowing the foaming material A and the material B to be mixed twice in the mold to ensure the product. The angle of the swing, and the swing time can be adjusted by the user according to the production process requirements. The equipment is installed with a timer, once the raw material is injected into the mould, the time is started. After the aging is completed, the mold is automatically opened. The formwork is suitable for the steering wheel of the car, and the mold for the self-skinning car armrest.
