The ring production line is used for foaming production of various products. It runs at a constant speed and the production speed is adjustable. It is combined with mold, mold base, polyurethane high/low pressure foaming machine and mold temperature machine to form a complete foaming production line. It is a multi-purpose production line suitable for the production of small varieties and large quantities of small products, such as toys, bicycle cushions, headrests, lumbar support, and automotive interior parts.
● The length of the ring production line is 7 meters to 31 meters;
● Driven by the reducer, the speed is regulated by the inverter;
● The ordinary mold can be placed on the ring line, or the hydraulic or pneumatic mold frame and the automatic mold base can be matched to realize automatic opening and closing.;
